CLEANING- It means physically remove germs. Dirt and grime from surfaces using normal detergents and water solutions. A detergent design to breakup oils and grease with the use of water.

DISINFECTING- It means using chemicals to kill gems on surfaces. It is really important to clean the surface before disinfecting because the dirt and grime can reduce the ability of disinfectants to kill gems and covid-19 viruses the disinfect chemical we use COVID19, surface virucidal disinfectants, such as 0.05% sodium hypochlorite (NaClO) and products based on ethanol (at least 70%).

Disinfectants that are suitable for use on hard surfaces. We use alcohol in a concentration of at least 70%, chlorine bleach in a concentration of 1000 parts per million, oxygen bleach, or wipes and sprays that contain quaternary ammonium compounds. These are the chemicals we are using to disinfecting.

Does your cleaning service has heating or freezeing method to kill the bacteria?

Extreme heat will destroy COVID-19 but we are not recommending this as a general disinfection and cleaning method.

How is covid-19 spread?

when an infected person coughs or sneezes. Droplets may also come into contact with the person’s eyes, nose or mouth or be inhaled. Airborne transmission of COVID-19 through small particles called aerosols can also occur through coughing, sneezing, breathing and talking, with the greatest risk in indoor, crowded and inadequately ventilated spaces.
